Supine Hamstring Stretches

Key Points:

  • Keep hips square – focus on relaxed breathing cycles with relaxed intentions
  • When working into lateral hamstring keep shoulders flat

Straddle Stretch

Key Point:

  • Legs are not as wide as possible – just a few inches inside of maximum range
  • Sit tall, find a neutral spine
  • Hinge forward from the hips, once you have reached end range relax into the stretch by letting the spine come into flexion
  • Focus on relaxed breathing, letting the tension go on each exhale
